Products

  • Are there any allergens ?

The allergens are indicated in the "technical datas" section at the bottom of each product sheet on the website.

  • How to store the products ?

Products should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from the light. They must be kept at a maximum temperature of 25 degrees.

  • Can I eat a product after its consumption date?

Yes, our products have a best before date (BBD) expressed, meaning they should be consumed preferably before ... ,. Once the date has passed, the food does not present a health hazard but may however have lost some or all of its qualities: taste, texture ...

Order

  • Why should I create an account ?

Les Gourmandises de Sophie ask you to create an account to place an order. Your account will allow you to view your purchase history, track the status of your orders and edit your personal information.

  • I forgot my password, what can I do?

For security reasons, Les Gourmandises de Sophie do not have access to the password of their customers.

Just click on the link «Forgot your password? On the login page and enter the email address used for your account. A link will be sent to you so that you can configure your password again.

  • I didn’t receive the order confirmation email, what should I do ?

If you have not received an email confirming your order, your messaging service may have considered this as spam. If the problem persists, contact us via the contact form. You can also find the status of your order via the "My Account" icon and then the "My Orders" section

  • Can I cancel my order ?

You have the option to cancel your order only if the time allows it, maximum 2 hours after ordering, by sending an email to serviceclients@lesgourmandisesdesophie.fr.

  • I’d like to order a big quantity of products, who to contact ?

Payment

  • What payment methods are accepted?

Only credit card payments are accepted for online payment. We accept payments via Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard and American Express.

  • Is the payment secured ?

Payments made on our site and information related to the order are secure. These information are encrypted and protected by our online payment service.

Shipping

  • What countries do you deliver ?

We deliver France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands.

  • How long does the delivery take ?

Les Gourmandises de Sophie process to shipping between 48 and 72hours after receiving payment.

Orders are received from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Mondays or Tuesdays depending on the available stock.

During periods of strong activity for the carriers (Christmas, Easter ...), the routing time may be extended.

You have the choice between Colissimo or Mondial relay.

For Mondial relay deliveries :

The delivery time is estimated at 3 days (working days) for France as well as for other destinations.

For Colissimo deliveries :

The delivery time is estimated at 48 hours (working days) for France and 3 working days for other destinations.

These deadlines are indicative deadlines corresponding to average delivery times.

Les Gourmandises de Sophie can not be held responsible for late deliveries.

  • How can I track my order?

The routing of your order is supported by Mondial relay or Colissimo. Upon shipment of your order, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

  • I made a mistake on the delivery address, can I edit it ?

You have the option to change the address only if you do it maximum 2 hours after placing an order by contacting us on serviceclients@lesgourmandisesdesophie.fr.

  • My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your package or your items arrive damaged, Les Gourmandises de Sophie invite you to take a picture and send it to our Customer Service at the following address: serviceclients@lesgourmandisesdesophie.fr, within 3 days. Beyond this period, we will not be able to ensure the refund or the return of damaged products.

  • Can I return a product ?

Only if the product has not been opened, damaged, eaten. (See Terms and Conditions of Sale).
